Lots of angry voters from NCR shouted outrageously (on the net). Well, COMELEC which was proudly supported by San Miguel Corp (hmm), for the sake of transparency and gaining the trust of registered voters, uploaded all the details of all voters in the NCR, including their home address. If I found it earlier I could have mirrored the whole site and got a bunch of pdf files with all the voters and their other details. The web team also posted their names and faces (proudly) on the site. Soon they would be the target of these angry web mobs.
From the design of the site, which is like a test page from a noob practicing his first lesson in HTML, we can see that they, unintelligently just posted everything they want, not giving any attention to the consequences of what they were doing. This could have been a risk for those voters. Knowing these private details, is enough as vulnerability.
